Gran Canaria coffee tastes best right where it is grown

Gran Canaria's homegrown coffee is the world's most northerly crop and the best place to try it is in Agaete's secret garden.
The Huerto de Las Flores is a couple of minutes walk from Agaete's church square but is tucked away and most people don't even know it exists. It's full of tropical fruit trees and flowers and also has a little cafe that brews local coffee. A cup and a slice of cake costs about three euros.
